You House Within You The Entire Contents of The Universe
I get stoned :D and put on some Goa music, and just sit there. That’s it. Just sit. Do nothing. I don’t do anything. I don’t push thoughts aside, I don’t do any breathing exercises, I don’t sit in any goofy poses… I do nothing. I just sit here. Just to sit. shrug Just to sit and do nothing for 3-4 hours. Just to have a sit of a morning in my own home and watch the beauty of “what is”. :)
With eyes closed… now the fun begins. There are all sorts of cool things going on in there. Amazing things are happening behind the closed and warm coffee-colored light brown backdrop of my eyelids. There is a vibrant cafe of visual modalities from the transcendent realms offered as a feast for the limitless Self, the eternal Atma.
There is a certain beauty in watching one’s mind. That’s why I just sit there and watch whatever is going on. This alone, where there exist infinite thoughts but thought itself has migrated to the background as just noise… and I can simply sit on a cloud and look down below, watch an infinite ideation take form and destroy another, and an infinite gnosis is downloaded into me in every nanosecond.
Thought only ever surfaces to the forefront when the organism, this body, needs to do something for itself. And when that happens, the mind, which is the “me”, the “I”, the “self” the “ego” it has no idea what is happening. It doesn’t know. It cannot know.
There is no such thing as the simultaneity of thought and experience. You cannot experience “experience” itself. All you ever have are memories of experience which generate a desire to have more experience. Experience, of any kind, spiritual, sexual, physical, mental… it’s all generated by knowledge. One cannot experience anything in the actual moment it is happening.
So… what is there to change? What is there to transform?
In this body… there is no I. There is no ‘you’. There is no ‘self’. There exists no ‘ego’ in this body. There is no individual here. What is there to change? There is nothing here. It’s empty. It’s meaningless. One you truly realize this, you realize that empty and full are meaningless terms.
You house within you the entire content of the Universe. Everything exists as a radiance of your constitute. Only ever. The only reason I exist is because you have created me. And vice versa.
There is a certain beauty in watching one’s mind. It’s peaceful. It’s tranquil. Life is full of bliss and beatitude. There are no problems when one exists in one’s natural state. Life is not a problem. So anything we do to solve something which isn’t a problem will only ever create more misery, more problems.
One cannot be free to be if one isn’t free from the desire to change, to transform. That very desire to have some transformation is the very root of man’s misery and suffering the world over.
Everything that you are saying about personal development is a form of control. That we must control and control and control, do this method, do this controlled practice and we can “develop” or “transform” or change. There is no such thing as control. The naturally functioning state of the body doesn’t require control. Any thought produces conflict and is violence inflicted upon the peacefully functioning natural state of the organism.
